The posters are up. As posted earlier, 40 posters were submitted by students. This is an overwhelming response, so much so that there were not enough poster boards to put the poster.
The posters will be evaluated by a panel of judges. Among the criteria are creativity, design, and attractiveness. There would be three main categories; Ph.D., Masters by research, and Masters by coursework.
Winners will receive their prizes during the Graduate Awards Night on Friday, 25 July, at 8:30pm. Good luck to all the students who submitted.

This is just what we need! A GREAT blog of post graduate studies to show the world what are the activities of UTHM post graduate students. Well done!
Just my two cents worth of thoughts, it will also be great if the blog admin team reach out to the relevant staffs whom currently pursuing their studies abroad so that they can promote the blog to their universities as well.
In the UK we have UTHM di UK yahoo groups that has been a great medium of communication between us in the UK and I assume there are similar groups have been established by UTHM staffs whom pursuing their studies elsewhere as well.
Writing a blog is also a medium of escapicm and at the same time inculcate the discipline to write and express your ideas and witticisms. I have read a few good blogs of our staff in the UK that are extremely good and full of motivation to be shared with the rest about the ups and the downs of being a post-graduate research students.
